Application skills
1. The bonding strength depends on the amount of adhesive on the surface of the bonded object. Stable pressure during operation can improve the contact performance and bonding strength of the adhesive.
2. To achieve optimal adhesion, the bonding surface must be clean, dry, and evenly flat. Typical cleaning solvents are isopropyl alcohol and water. Use appropriate measures when handling solvents.
3. The ideal application temperature range is 21°C-38°C (70°F-100°F). It is not recommended to use adhesive tape to stick surfaces at temperatures below 10°C (50°F) initially, as the adhesive may become too hard to stick. However, if used correctly, satisfactory retention at low temperatures can still be achieved.
